Alice Marie Jektevik is a Sea Sami cultural producer living in Deatnu / Tana.
Jektevik works with Sami cultural projects and further development of the Sami art and culture field. She is both a performing artist and project manager for several Sami artists and culture professionals.
She has previously produced the indigenous festival Riddu Riđđu (2017-2020), the Sami festival Márkomeannu (2022), and was a guest producer at the artist and researcher residence Lásságámmi (2021-2022)
Jektevik produces in the space between art, politics, history and modern expression. She works with different artists within different genres, and loves to explore new expressions and art forms.
As a video artist, Jektevik performs together with the electronica duo Hildá & Tuomas, and as an extended part of the musician Lávre's live band.
Jektevik is a part of the DJ-collective Article 3, and mixes both music and video live.
